What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, the visitor’s IP address, and the browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Likewise, services like Sucuri, and JetPack, may examine your data for security purposes.
We collect base data, your name, address, telephone number, and email address, as part of your membership services through WooCommerce that are stored on our GoDaddy-hosted WordPress. Credit card data is not stored on these hosted services directly, but passed through to the credit card processing software, which could be Square, Paypal, or Stripe. Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
We may employ one or more services to help us create, manage, and/or store records gathered from contact forms. Such information is gathered through voluntary contribution. We do not sell any data gathered from contact forms that is stored on our site. For third parties, please see the specific privacy rules of that company.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Hosted Platform
This website is hosted on a WordPress platform, created by WordPress.org, and hosted, and maintained by GoDaddy. The company is not responsible for the design, testing, implementation, or programming of the platform. For privacy rules, as it applies to your data, and its handling by the companies that created the platform, please visit their websites.
Third Party Software
The company does not hire software developers to do custom programming. All of the software used to collect, store, and process information is done by third parties. We also store very little information, other than basic name, address, email address and telephone number. Any third party software that will ask you for your information is responsible for the privacy, handling, and security of your data. Here are the companies that we currently use:
- WordPress.org – Engine of Site. Everything other than content, templates, and plug-ins;
- WooCommerce – All software related to products and scheduling;
- JetPack – Backup, Connectivity, security and other services;

- Godaddy.com – SSL security is provided by them, or one of their sub-contractors.
- Grasshopper.com – Phone answering/voicemail/VOIP/SMS Messaging

Analytics
Who we share your data with
We do not share your personal data with any third parties, at any time outside of the company. We may, however, use your data to compile statistical information, or personal preference information. Such generic information, that does NOT include any personal data, may be shared with companies that aid us in creating better user experiences, and/or improve our marketing systems.
Telephone & Text Messaging Data Usage:
- Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
- Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights do you have over your data?
